KITCHEN PHILOSOPHY: REGIONAL, TRADITIONAL DISHES
Cooking is mainly based on traditional recipes with contemporary inspiration: Styrian, Mediterranean, meat, fish and vegetarian. Regional products, such as wild garlic, are used with pleasure, especially the wild garlic grows only a walk away from the hotel! The Styrian beetle bean is also regularly found on the menu.
The farmers and direct marketers of the area always provide fresh ingredients, which are processed into refined dishes: simply eat well from morning to night.
